Born and raised digitally

I was born in 1970, grew up in the Mostviertel and graduated from highschool at the Theresianum in Vienna in 1989. Since my school days I was a computer enthusiast, wrote my first BASIC programs on the Commodore C64 and Texas Instruments TI-99A, was an early enthusiastic Compuserve user and came across the Internet during my studies at University of Economics in Vienna (WU-Wien) in the mid-90s - at that time the WWW did not yet exist, the available services were all non-hypertext like Telnet, WAIS, Gopher and E-mail.

In 1993 I co-founded Austria's first Internet agency (at that time we called ourselves “Multimedia Agency”), where we specialized in digital transformation projects, designed graphic user interfaces for POS systems, created multimedia CD-ROMs and programmed the first websites. This experience in marketing technology and digital innovation laid the foundation for my career in the Austrian digital landscape. At the same time, I completed my studies in business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (WU-Wien), where my focus was on the subjects of “Information Management” and “Computer Science”.

After joining the internet pioneer Pixelpark at the end of the nineties and Wunderman/WPP in the 00s, I sold my agency “PXP/X GmbH” to Accenture in 2019.

Until July 2025, I served as Managing Director at Accenture Song in Austria, responsible for the marketing and agency business, leading a team of over 150 colleagues in digital transformation and AI innovation projects. In addition to my Austrian role, I was also responsible for the Data & AI team in the DACH region and acted as Deal Shepherd for one of the largest acquisitions in the Song network. This role allowed me to shape the future of marketing technology and artificial intelligence implementation across Central Europe.

Currently, I am Partner at 3TS Capital, where I lead growth investments in European tech companies poised for international expansion. I work closely with exceptional founders to drive strategic growth and cross-border scaling from Local Leaders to Global Challengers. Operating from Vienna, Austria, I leverage our global networks to accelerate portfolio company success across multiple markets.
